When you submit our contact or discovery call application form, we may collect:
Your name
Your email address
Your business name and website
Any information you voluntarily share in the form fields

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health information, financial details, or identification numbers).

We collect your data for the following purposes:

To assess whether our services are a good fit for your business

We retain your data only for as long as necessary. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client data related to an active or completed project is retained for up to 5 years for legal and accounting purposes, then securely deleted.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by the following tools we use to operate our business:
Email service providers (e.g. Gmail)
Form tools embedded on our website
Notion or similar tools for internal project management
