Terms & Conditions

Design Studio Copenhagen provides Shopify website design and strategy services under The Design Method™. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and price are outlined in an individual project proposal agreed upon before work begins.

A discovery call is a free, no-obligation consultation to assess whether our services are a good fit for your business. Booking a discovery call does not constitute an agreement to purchase services.

A project begins only when both parties have agreed to a written proposal and the agreed deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project start date. The deposit amount is stated in your project proposal.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files or access are handed over.
Payments are made by bank transfer to a Danish account. Details are provided in your invoice.
Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are settled.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and invoiced separately.

The client is responsible for:
Providing all required content, copy, images, and access credentials in a timely manner
Reviewing and providing feedback within the agreed timeframes
Ensuring all content supplied does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

Delays caused by the client may affect the agreed project timeline. We are not liable for delays resulting from late content delivery.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final delivered website design. Design Studio Copenhagen retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

While we work hard to deliver results based on proven strategy, we cannot guarantee specific conversion rates, revenue outcomes, or business results. Case study results shared in our marketing reflect individual client experiences and are not a guarantee of future performance.

Design Studio Copenhagen's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from our services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
